Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Estiq (the "service"), operated by an independent developer based in Singapore ("we", "us"; find us on X at @amodev). By applying for or using Estiq, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Estiq

Estiq is for practising Singapore real estate professionals. You must be at least 18 and use Estiq for your legitimate work.

The service

Estiq helps you capture leads from your chats and draft replies, with more features rolling out over time. Estiq is in an early founding-pilot stage: features may change, and the service is provided on an as-is basis.

Your data and your clients' data

You keep ownership of your data and your clients' data. When you bring client or lead information into Estiq, you act as the party responsible for that personal data and you instruct us to process it on your behalf, as a data intermediary, only to provide the service.

You confirm that you are allowed to share that information with us, including having any consent or legal basis required under the PDPA, and that you will handle your clients' data lawfully. We process it in line with our Privacy Policy and your instructions, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Acceptable use

• Use Estiq only for lawful purposes and legitimate real estate work.
• Do not upload data you have no right to share, or anyone's sensitive data without a proper basis.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the service.

Pricing

Your founding pilot is free; you pay in feedback. If and when Estiq introduces paid plans, founding agents keep the founding pricing we agree, and we will give you notice before any charges apply.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Estiq available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during the pilot. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated to pilot agents.

No warranty and liability

Estiq is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. Estiq assists you; you remain responsible for your own client communications and decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited.

Termination

You can stop using Estiq at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where needed to protect the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
